1. Store operator & use

The store is operated by Shanghai Zhuangdong Technology Co., Ltd., with Shi Wei displayed as Owner. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or attempt to access another customer's information. If you are not legally able to make a purchase, ask an authorized adult to act on your behalf.

2. Product information & illustrative images

Product descriptions explain the collection's designs and intended everyday contexts. Images generated for the collection are illustrative concepts, not photographs of verified stock. Display settings can affect colors, and scenery or props do not establish package contents. We do not imply certifications, load ratings, weather ratings or material specifications that have not been provided. Contact us before ordering if a specific detail is essential to your use.

3. Prices, taxes & payment

Prices are displayed in USD. The checkout shows the order total, shipping and applicable charges collected by the store before you submit payment. Prices may change for future orders. A displayed comparison or promotion, if offered, must have its own clear conditions. We do not require you to send payment card details by email.

4. Orders, confirmation & errors

Submitting an order requests a purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not mean dispatch has occurred. If an item, price or order detail needs correction, we will contact you rather than silently substitute a materially different item. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of an error, failed payment, fraud concern or inability to fulfill it, subject to applicable law and refund obligations.

5. Changes, delivery & returns

Contact support promptly for cancellation or address changes; requests depend on the preparation stage. Order preparation is estimated at 5–10 business days and standard carrier transport at 10–15 business days after dispatch, giving a combined standard planning window of 15–25 business days. 6. Safe and appropriate use

Follow the instructions supplied with each item, campsite rules and local safety guidance. General camping accessories are not rescue equipment. Do not infer suitability for extreme weather, climbing, life support, open-flame use or another specialized activity from a product photograph. Check equipment before each trip and discontinue use of damaged items. Our guides do not replace product instructions.

7. Intellectual property & third-party services

The store's original content and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy them for commercial reuse without permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms; a link does not guarantee their content or operation. Shopify provides the commerce platform under its applicable policies.

8. Privacy & communications

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing choices are separate from messages needed to manage an order. You can request assistance or exercise applicable privacy rights through service@zenvoryla.com.

9. Liability & mandatory rights

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory protections for defective goods, misleading descriptions or consumer transactions. Any permitted limitation is subject to those protections.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction at the company's location, without restricting any mandatory right to use another competent court or remedy. Contact support first if you want to seek an informal resolution.

11. Updates & interpretation

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order was placed, except where law requires otherwise. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. Contact us if a provision needs clarification.
