Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. The available options depend on how far preparation and dispatch have progressed.
Send a clear request
Email service@zenvoryla.com with your order number, checkout email and the precise change requested. For an address correction, provide the complete new deliverable address. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Before dispatch
We will check whether the order can still be changed or canceled. Preparation may involve steps that cannot be reversed immediately, so submitting a request does not guarantee that it has been applied. Wait for our response and do not assume an address update is complete because an email was sent.
After dispatch
Once a parcel is with the carrier, address changes and cancellation may no longer be possible. We will review any options available for the shipment. If delivery completes, use the return request process where eligible rather than refusing a parcel without discussing the consequences.
Payment and refund handling
When a cancellation is accepted, we will explain the refund arrangement for that order. Refunds return to the original payment method, and provider posting times can vary. We do not ask for full card details to issue a refund. Mandatory refund rights and deadlines remain applicable.
Incorrect details, unavailable items or errors
If an order has incomplete information or an item cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you for clarification or discuss cancellation and refund. We will not silently substitute a materially different product. Keep access to the email address used at checkout.
