Eligibility & inspection

For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, in a condition suitable for return, and with its original packaging where reasonably possible. Please include proof of purchase or the order number. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not by itself remove mandatory rights. Damage, defects or an item that does not match the order are assessed separately from change-of-mind requests.

How to request a return

1. Email service@zenvoryla.com within the 30-day window with your order number, item name and reason for the return.
2. Wait for return instructions before posting. We may ask for photographs when these help assess damage or an incorrect item.
3. Pack the item securely, include the order reference, and retain the shipping receipt and tracking details.

The return address is in China. Do not send returns to the separate Shopify business address in Hong Kong. Ask support for any additional delivery details a carrier requires before purchasing postage.

Who pays return postage

For personal preference, ordering the wrong item or other change-of-mind reasons, the buyer pays return postage. Cross-border postage can be significant, so obtain a carrier quote before returning. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, contact us first; we will assess the circumstances and explain the appropriate resolution and postage arrangements. Mandatory consumer protections take priority.

Refund timing & method

After we receive the return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. If a refund has not appeared after the expected provider processing time, contact us with your order number. Where a mandatory legal deadline is shorter, that deadline applies.

Exchanges, cancellations & shipping charges

Ask support if you need an exchange; availability and arrangements must be confirmed for the specific request. To cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly; cancellation depends on the preparation stage. Original shipping charges are not automatically refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where law requires otherwise. We will explain any applicable deduction before resolving the request.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds a store return process and does not remove rights relating to defective, misdescribed or nonconforming goods. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you.
